Climate change mitigation and adaptation

How mitigation and adaptation to climate change affects poverty? This section explores what climate change mitigation and adaptation is, and the relationship between them.
Mitigation is more about reducing the effects of climate change; the different things we do, to lessen climate change's impacts.
Adaptation is about coping and living with conditions imposed, and often how innovatively we can do it.

Mitigation and adaptation are not mutually exclusive; they can be, and often are, complementary.
